Has anyone else been following the Nathan Sio case closely? My heart goes out to his family and everyone who knew him. I’ve been thinking a lot about the fact that despite the initial arrests of Anthony Gaines and Judy Barkas, the DA’s office decided not to file charges. It must be so frustrating for Nathan’s loved ones to have these potential suspects right there, but no charges due to insufficient evidence. I can't help but wonder what type of evidence is missing that could tip the scales. Could it be witness statements, forensic evidence, or maybe something digital like phone records? If anyone has more insights or updates about how evidence priority works in similar cases, it’d be great to discuss. It just feels like somebody out there knows more, and I hope they come forward soon. Justice for Nathan can’t come soon enough.
