I've been following Thomas Kern Fleming's case for a while now, and something that really strikes me as odd is the location where his car was found. Sauget, Illinois, isn't exactly on the everyday route for someone living in Kirkwood, Missouri. It's an industrial area, not a place you'd expect someone to go unless they had a specific reason.
The fact that the car was seen coming and going before being abandoned adds another layer of mystery. Was Thomas meeting someone there? It just feels so out of character for a man who seemed to lead a pretty routine life. I wonder if any local businesses could have caught something on security cameras, even if just the car's movements? It's a long shot, but they might hold some clues about what was happening in those days leading up to it being abandoned.
The red panda sticker is also pretty distinctive. It might have caught someone's eye. Anyone around Sauget remember seeing it? It's frustrating thinking he might have been in distress, yet nobody realized something was off enough to take notice at the time.
I've been following Thomas Kern Fleming's case closely, and something that's always puzzled me is the location where his car was found. Sauget, Illinois, is pretty industrial and not exactly a place you'd expect someone to be if they're just looking for a scenic place to think or clear their head. It's baffling why his car might've been there, especially since there's no evidence he had any connections in that area. The fact that it was seen coming and going before being abandoned makes it even more confusing. Was someone else driving it? Or could Thomas have been wandering around there? The area must have had some significance, intentional or not. Anyone familiar with Sauget who can share insights on the area or why it might’ve been noticeable that his car was going back and forth would be great. Maybe it could help us get a better understanding of his last movements.
