I've been thinking a lot about the description of the suspect's vehicle in Darryl Stinnette's case. It's unsettling that a silver or gray SUV or sedan can just vanish without leaving more clues. I drive those roads often, and it makes me wonder how many details might go unnoticed. Surely, someone saw something that night on the Bay Bridge—it was 2:30 a.m., but it can't have been completely deserted. There might be drivers or passengers out there who remember a small detail, like a unique bumper sticker or a broken taillight. Even a small lead could make a huge difference. My heart goes out to Darryl's loved ones, who must be living in an agonizing state of limbo. I hope anyone who was near the bridge that night will take a moment to recall anything unusual and come forward. This family deserves answers and some form of closure.
