I'm so sorry for what Victor Velásquez's family is going through. Losing someone in such a sudden and violent way must be incredibly difficult to process. I find it particularly unsettling that Jorge Quinart, the primary suspect, has managed to evade capture for so long. I can't imagine the anxiety and fear this must create, not only for Victor's family but also for the community at large. It seems like there are too many unanswered questions. Why was Jorge in the room with Victor? What events led to the shooting? If anyone has any information, no matter how small it may seem, it's crucial to come forward. Justice for Victor is long overdue, and his family deserves to understand what happened that day.
