Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Richard Bernard Smith's tragic passing, and there's one thing that's been weighing on my mind: the timing and location of the shooting. 4 a.m. is a pretty unusual hour for something like this to happen, and I'm curious about what might have been going on at that time and place.
