It's so terribly sad to hear about the loss of Nickolaus Martinez, especially knowing that his life was taken in such a senseless act of violence. I've been reading about the case, and something that’s really haunting me is the fact that the suspects were so young. It's hard to wrap my mind around teenagers being capable of such a heinous crime. What drives young people to commit acts like this?
