Hi everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the role of the community in helping solve cases like the tragic murder of Pedro Campos. It seems that a major hurdle in the investigation was the initial hesitance of potential witnesses to come forward. I totally get why people might be scared, especially if they're worried about gang activity or retaliation. But I can't help but wonder if there are ways to support witnesses better to encourage them to speak up. Maybe there could be more resources available for witness protection, or perhaps community programs that build trust between residents and law enforcement. I believe if people felt safer and more supported, they might be more willing to share information that could lead to solving these heartbreaking cases. The community's voice is key in making neighborhoods safer for everyone. Sending strength to Pedro's family and the entire community. Hoping for a breakthrough in this case soon. Would love to hear your thoughts on how communities can better support witnesses during investigations like this.
