Has anyone looked into the background of the neighborhood where Jose Luis Soto was killed? I read that the shooting wasn't a random act, but I'm curious if there were any previous incidents on Spruce Avenue that could have hinted at tensions or if it really came out of the blue. It’s devastating to think how a community can change overnight from feeling safe to living in fear. Also, how are the other folks who got injured doing? I can’t imagine what Soto's family and friends must be going through right now. If anyone has updates or knows how the area is coping post-trial, it would be great to hear. Stay safe, everyone.
