I’ve been following the tragic case of Roy Lawrence Carmona, and I've been thinking a lot about the impact on his family and friends. It must be incredibly difficult for them not to have answers or justice yet. Every time I read about another community appeal, I can only imagine the mixture of hope and frustration they must feel. I really hope that someone comes forward with more information soon. It’s heartbreaking to think that it's been over three years without any significant developments, which just compounds the grief. The fact that this young man’s life was cut so short in such a senseless way really puts the spotlight on the broader issue of gun violence. We owe it to Roy and others like him to keep talking, sharing, and searching until answers are found. I truly hope we see an update soon, and more than anything, I hope it brings some peace to his loved ones.
