Has anyone else been following Cindy Avila’s case? I've been thinking a lot about how important community cooperation is in cases like this. From everything I've read, it seems like there were very few witnesses that night, but I can't help but believe that someone out there knows something. Koreatown is usually buzzing with people, so it feels almost impossible that nobody saw or heard anything. Cindy sounded like such a wonderful person, and it’s devastating for her family and especially her two young children to not have answers. The authorities have been asking for anyone with information to come forward, and I truly hope someone does. If you’re reading this and know anything, even if it seems small or inconsequential, please reach out to the LAPD. Let’s help bring some closure to Cindy’s loved ones and ensure justice is served.
