Has anyone looked into the missions and churches along the route from Portland to Seattle? Since Skylyr often sought out these places for shelter, it seems like a logical starting point for finding more information about his disappearance. There might be records or accounts from volunteers or other visitors that haven’t been thoroughly explored yet. Even if he wasn’t there around the time he vanished, maybe staff or regulars remember someone matching his description. It’s such a transient path that he traveled, which makes it tricky, but there might be untapped potential here in getting some leads. Have volunteers from these spots been contacted?
I find it strange that despite all the details about Skylyr's tattoos, there haven't been any confirmed sightings or reports from anyone who may have seen him in Seattle or along the way. Those tattoos are pretty unique and should be recognizable to anyone who saw him up close. It's disheartening that he didn't usually carry ID, as that makes it more challenging to track his movements. I wonder if there are any tattoo artists in Portland or Seattle who might recognize their work on him and could potentially provide more details or leads. Given his habit of staying at missions and churches, maybe someone working or volunteering at those places around that time might remember him? Has anyone checked with local shelters or community centers in Seattle for any records or witnesses?
I was reading through Skylyr's case and something keeps sticking out to me. It's the tattoos. They’re so unique and personal - especially "The Player" on his chest and the little man with a ratchet. Tattoos can be a huge identifying factor, especially in the transient communities he was known to stay with. Have the authorities tried reaching out to tattoo artists in both Portland and Seattle areas? Or maybe even extended the search to surrounding areas? There's a chance someone might recognize the work or remember Skylyr because of the tattoos. Sometimes artists recall intricate details, stories, or personalities when they see their work. It's another angle that could bring a lead. Just a thought!
