I’ve been following Tuan Tran’s case for a while and can't stop thinking about the possibility of the ocean currents that day. Does anyone know how strong they were near Half Moon Bay around November 19, 2017? It could help explain why the boat was found spinning out of control and perhaps where Tuan might have been carried. Currents can be so unpredictable and dangerous, especially in that area. I wonder if they played a bigger role than initially thought. Any oceanography enthusiasts here with insights on that?
