I’ve been following the case of Egary Baide, and something keeps bothering me. It's deeply unsettling how little we know about his movements leading up to the shooting. 429 E. 14th Street and the surrounding area—does anyone familiar with Long Beach have insight into what that spot is like or if it might have been a place Egary frequented? Was he meeting someone, or was it purely coincidental that he was there at that time?
I hope that more people come forward with information that could help detectives piece this together. It’s incredibly important for witnesses, if any are out there, to feel safe sharing what they might know. Every little detail, even if it seems insignificant, might help unravel this mystery. Egary's family deserves to understand why this happened and to see justice served for such an unimaginable loss.

Egary was shot literally feet from his door step. He was locked up for a while before he got out some time in January that same year in 2021. He had only been free for a couple weeks before he was murdered. That alleyway where he was living at the time has been known as BP or barrio pobre territory for YEARS. I personally believe someone from that gang ended his life. I would say it was personal because he was shot in the head & i have strong reasons to believe he was targeted. His little brother was also murdered early this year of 2025. #JusticeForEgary #RestInPeaceEgary&Elvis
