I’ve been diving into Janet Ajegbo’s case since I first heard about her disappearance back in 2017. One thing that really stands out to me is how quickly there seems to be a communication gap in missing persons cases. I wonder if the lack of updates is partly due to resource constraints or if something else is at play. It’s frustrating that there hasn't been anything new from NamUs or NCMEC. I keep hoping for some breakthrough or even just a small detail that might shed light on what happened to her. If anyone knows more about the coordination between these national databases and local law enforcement, it would be great to understand how that process works. Does the community here think there's a chance that older cases like Janet's can still see new leads through these channels?

It's really puzzling how Janet Maybel Ajegbo's case hasn't moved forward over the years. I was looking through some of the old local news articles and noticed there wasn't much coverage at the time of her disappearance. Do you all think a lack of media attention could be one of the reasons there haven't been any major leads? It seems like sometimes cases get more traction when there's consistent coverage. Anyone familiar with similar cases where more media attention helped uncover new information? Wondering if there might be something the community can do to spotlight Janet's case again after so many years.
