Has anyone else been following Levi Carter’s case? I keep thinking about how connected he was with his community. It’s so tragic that someone who seemed to truly care about those around him could face such a senseless act of violence. I live not too far from Baldwin Hills, and it’s always tough hearing about another incident in our neighborhoods. One thing that has really stood out to me is the incredible strength and determination of his family and friends. Organizing vigils and community meetings amidst their grief must be incredibly challenging, but they’re doing an amazing job keeping Levi’s memory alive and pushing for answers. I just really hope someone who knows something speaks up soon. It’s disheartening to think that, despite all their efforts and the increased patrols, there's still no solid lead. If anyone reads this and happens to know or hear anything, please consider reaching out to the authorities. Every small piece of information could be vital. Levi deserves justice, and his family deserves answers.
