I can't stop thinking about the role bystanders played in detaining Sarreshteh after the shooting. It's haunting to imagine being in that moment, witnessing such chaos, and then having the courage to intervene. The bravery of those individuals might have prevented further tragedy that day. My heart goes out to Justice Boldin's family and friends, who must be so proud of how loved he was by the community. Their strength in the face of such overwhelming loss is truly admirable. Knowing that the person responsible has been held accountable might bring some comfort, but I can't imagine any sentence could ever ease their pain. Let's remember Justice for the joy he brought into this world and keep supporting one another in the pursuit of peace and safety.
