Does anyone else find the timeline of Robert Newt's release and the subsequent shootings particularly unsettling? It's deeply concerning that after being arrested in connection with a ghost gun incident, he was released without charges only to be linked to these tragic shootings a month later. I can't imagine the frustration and pain Randy Armstrong's and Darryl Haynes’ families must be feeling right now. It’s a harsh reminder of how vital thorough and speedy evidence processing is. The system has to do better to protect our community from individuals who pose a clear threat. My thoughts are with everyone affected by this senseless violence, especially the families who lost loved ones.
