David L. Horn, Jr., 35, was last seen at Connolly’s Pub on Market Street in Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania, on December 25, 2017, between 7:00 and 7:30 p.m. He reportedly left the bar just as other fans were arriving to watch the Eagles game, called for an Uber that was later cancelled, and never returned home. At the time he lived alone in his late grandmother’s house on Price Street in nearby Trainer.
Concerns grew after his father checked the house on January 5, 2018. David’s truck was in the driveway and the lights, a fan, and the television were on inside. An unused plane ticket to Las Vegas was found, and a basement door window was broken with what appeared to be blood on it. There has been no activity on his cell phone or bank accounts since his disappearance; his mother formally reported him missing on January 9, 2018, and she died unexpectedly later that month.
The family questions why he would have left the bar, believes he would not have walked home in the cold, and has heard rumors about possible biker gang involvement. The case remains unresolved. Does anyone who was in Marcus Hook or Trainer on December 25, 2017, remember seeing David or notice anything unusual that night?
