I've been following Crystal Gonzalez's case for some time now, and it just never gets easier to read about it. What really stood out to me was the support she received from her friends. They mentioned how she would continuously uplift them, even when she was dealing with her own struggles. It’s tough to think her light is gone so soon. It's clear she was someone who didn't let her past define her and was pushing towards a brighter future. This situation becomes even more unbearable when realizing how domestic violence not only impacts the victim but also leaves a deep scar on those around them. Crystal's dream of becoming a nurse, to help and care for others, speaks volumes about her character. I truly hope her story can spark change and remind everyone of the importance of recognizing and supporting those in potential domestic violence situations. The community rallies for these vigils speak to the impact she had in her short life. Sending all my thoughts to her family and friends. ❤️
