I’ve been following Jerrell Lee Belvin’s case and keep thinking about the difficulty faced by the investigators, especially due to the lack of witnesses. It must be incredibly tough for Jerrell's family, not having answers and knowing the people responsible are still out there. I understand the LBPD is working tirelessly, but it's so frustrating to see cases stalled this way.
