I recently read about the tragic case involving Mildred and Robert Peskay, and something that really caught my attention was how they were both remembered by their community. It's incredibly sad to lose individuals who were viewed as so kind and generous. They seemed to have been pillars in Moorpark, regularly engaging in community events and helping where they could. It makes you wonder what was happening behind closed doors since, to the outside world, they appeared to be a loving couple. It's so puzzling, and I can only imagine how their friends and neighbors must feel, trying to make sense of the situation. I'm hoping the ongoing investigation can provide some answers or understanding as to why Robert felt compelled to do what he did. Sending all my thoughts to those affected by this terrible loss.
