Just heard about the David family tragedy in Lancaster, and I can't stop thinking about Erika England, the grandmother. It's a chilling reminder of how violence can tear apart entire families in an instant. She was there probably thinking she was keeping her grandkids safe, never imagining that the danger would come from within. I really feel for the children's mother, having to walk into such a scene and grapple with the loss of her mom alongside her kids. This case just underscores the need to talk openly about the warning signs of domestic issues. It's up to all of us to try and create a supportive environment where people can seek help before it turns into something so devastating. I hope the community finds a way to honor Erika and the kids by advocating for change.
