I was reading up on Jordan Schmidt's case, and I can't stop thinking about the location where he was found. The intersection at Highway 78 and Hovley Road is such a remote area. I wonder if that was chosen deliberately by the person who did this. It makes me worry about how many people might travel through that stretch without realizing what happened there. It's such a chilling thought, knowing that Jordan's life came to a tragic end in such an isolated spot. My heart goes out to his family and friends; it's a constant reminder of the safety issues in the community. I hope the authorities continue to dig deeper into why it happened there and how to prevent future incidents. Would love to hear others' thoughts on why that spot might have been chosen.
I've been following Jordan Schmidt's case for a while, and something's been on my mind. Does anyone else find it unsettling how many charges Steven Ambriz is facing, not just for Jordan’s case but for other violent offenses too? This is a small town, and the level of violence being brought to light is really worrying.
I can't imagine what Jordan’s family must be going through, having to deal not only with their loved one’s loss but also with these intense and drawn-out legal proceedings. It feels like they might be left in limbo while the system works to hold someone accountable. I'm hoping the community can come together to support them through this unthinkable time. Have any locals felt a shift in town since all of this came to light? It seems like a wake-up call for real change and community action.
