Has anyone else been following the case of Antwoine Mendall Jones? It's just devastating to learn about another life lost to senseless violence. I keep thinking about how his family must feel, having no answers or justice for so long. A few locals have been talking about increased patrols around Centinela Avenue since the shooting, but I’m not sure if that’s enough. There have even been community meetings about safety measures, which is great, but I think there should be more support for the families and community impacted by these tragedies. Would love to hear thoughts from others about effective ways communities can support each other and work with law enforcement to prevent further violence. Stay safe, everyone.
