I'm completely baffled by this case. Has anyone else been following the updates about the legal proceedings? I can’t imagine what Marilu’s family, especially her children, are going through right now. I came across some discussions about the forensic evidence, and it appears pretty damning against Pulido-Esparza. It’s so unsettling to think that he was trusted with such a responsible position and yet might be guilty of such a heinous crime.
Does anyone have any insight into how the community is coping with his arrest, given his role as a correctional officer? I’m curious if there’s been any response from his colleagues or any indication of how the CDCR is handling this on the inside. The whole situation is just incredibly sad, and I hope justice is served swiftly for Marilu and her family. My thoughts are definitely with them as they try to navigate this nightmare.

It's devastating. From everything shared about her, Marilu seemed like a rock for her kids, doing everything she could to provide for them and keeping them safe and happy. Her family’s insistence that she would never leave her children by choice makes it clear how deep the love was. I can't even imagine the pain they’re feeling. Has anyone here been following the Marilu Ramirez Olmedo case? I've been thinking about how gut-wrenching it must be for her kids, especially with how everything unfolded while they were at home.
