Hey everyone, I'm new here, but I've been following Efrain Garcia's case closely and something has been on my mind. I’ve been thinking a lot about how the location might have played into this tragedy. The 12000 block of Saticoy Street is known for having some gang activity, and it's really troubling to think that just being in the wrong place at the wrong time might have cost Efrain his life. Was he targeted, or was he just unfortunately caught up in something he had nothing to do with? We're all speculating until more is known, but my thoughts are really with Efrain's family. It must be incredibly difficult to get closure when there are still so many questions. I hope the LAPD can piece it all together soon. Anyone else have thoughts on how location plays a role in these cases?
