Hey everyone, I've been following Kentrail Thompson's case, and one aspect that really stands out to me is the lack of surveillance footage around the time and place of the incident. It's frustrating to think that in a world where we're constantly being recorded, there wasn't anything available that could help piece together the puzzle of what happened that night. It makes you wonder about the inefficiencies in getting those cameras installed in areas known for high crime rates or the challenges the police face in accessing what might be there. Did anyone else find it strange or especially sad that there's seemingly no video evidence even now, years later? It's so important for communities like Baton Rouge to push for better tech infrastructure that could help deter crime and solve these cases faster. Kentrail’s family, like so many others, deserves every resource available to find the truth and get some peace. Just my thoughts. Would love to hear what others think about the role of surveillance in solving crimes. Stay safe, everyone.
