Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case about the missing person near Goose Cove. I’m curious about the tides in that area. I read that they can be pretty unpredictable, especially during certain times of the month. Does anyone know if there were any tide warnings when the skiff overturned? I’m wondering if this could have played a role in the accident. It just seems like there are so many small factors that could lead to something like this happening. Any locals with insight on the tide patterns over there? Thanks in advance!
Has anyone else noticed that the debris from the overturned skiff was found in a pretty isolated area of Goose Cove? I'm wondering how much current and weather conditions could've affected where the skiff ended up. Maybe someone local or with knowledge of the water patterns could weigh in on this? It seems like more info about the tides and winds could really help in narrowing down the search area, or at least explain how the skiff and debris ended up ashore where they did. Thoughts?
