Has anyone else been following the procedural aspects of this case? I’ve been thinking about the fact that prior to this incident, Zeigler had a record involving the possession of marijuana or hashish for sale earlier in 2022. Does anyone know if this will have any impact on how he's being prosecuted for the shooting? I imagine that having a criminal history could influence the level of scrutiny on him, but I'm curious if anyone has insights or experience with how these prior charges interact with current serious allegations like murder. It seems like a complicated case, and I hope they manage to unravel the events that led to Robert's senseless death.
