I’ve been following Jun Anabo’s case closely since it happened, and I’m particularly struck by how deeply he touched those around him. It's evident that he wasn’t just a successful restaurant owner but a pillar of his community. I've seen quite a few discussions about the tragedy of his untimely death, but I think many people resonate with the void he left behind, especially in the lower Dimond District.
One aspect that stands out to me is how his commitment to community events, like the block parties and concerts he organized, really showcased his dedication to bringing people together. It’s heartening to see how much love and respect his community had for him. I can’t imagine how hard this is for his family, especially his son who was there during the incident. My thoughts are with them during this incredibly difficult time.
I really hope the investigation continues to progress. It's frustrating to know that the suspect was released pending investigation. I feel for everyone who wants justice for Jun, as the wait for answers must be unbearable. If anyone has any new information, please don’t hesitate to contact the authorities. Let’s keep Jun’s spirit alive and support his family and community in their quest for justice.
Hi everyone,
I’ve been following the discussions about Jun Anabo’s tragic passing, and one aspect that I keep reflecting on is the role he played in bringing people together. Lucky Three Seven wasn’t just a restaurant—it was a hub for community spirit and celebration, largely thanks to Jun’s incredible dedication and warmth. I think about the block parties he organized, the joy he spread, and how he worked tirelessly to create a space where everyone felt welcome. It’s heartbreaking that such a positive force in the community was taken so suddenly. It just makes me wonder how we, as a community, can carry on this legacy of togetherness and support. Even though the investigation is ongoing, I hope as more people share information or memories, it might help shine a light not only on what happened but also on who Jun was and why he mattered so much to so many people. It's so crucial that justice is served, not just for closure but to honor the amazing impact he made. If anyone has more stories about Jun and his community work, I’d love to hear them. Sharing these memories might just help keep his spirit alive.
