Hey everyone, I’ve been following Edgar Rodriguez’s case and I keep thinking about the role of community in situations like this. It's so deeply troubling to see that the suspect hasn’t been caught yet, especially with such a public incident where many people witnessed what happened. It makes me wonder how we, as a community, can make a difference. I know the LAPD is asking for any tips that can lead to an arrest, but do you think people are hesitant to come forward, maybe out of fear or doubt about the legal process? It’s hard to imagine the pain Edgar’s family must be going through right now, especially with his mother, wife, and kids having to witness such a terrible moment. Being a close-knit community, I hope those who might have seen anything can put themselves in the family’s shoes and step up. Every little detail could help bring some form of justice and peace to them. Let’s hope Edgar’s family finds the support they need during this incredibly difficult time.
