I'm constantly thinking about the tragic murders of Paul George Forbs Jr., fondly known as "Lil Paul," and Carisa Wiltz. It’s been over eight years now. It makes me wonder what really happened in Algiers that awful morning. The fact that no one has been brought to justice is painful, especially since Paul was such a respected figure in his community. Has anyone heard updates or noticed any renewed efforts in the investigation? I feel for the families who must go through each day without closure. It's tough to see these cases go cold with seemingly no leads. Maybe the community should play a more active role in keeping this case alive. Any small piece of information could tip the scale. Hoping for some movement soon... both Paul and Carisa deserve justice, and their families deserve peace.

Hey everyone, Something that really stands out to me about Paul's case is the impact he had on his community. I've read numerous stories from his friends and neighbors, all describing him as a beacon of warmth and kindness. It's no wonder they called him "Lil Paul" with such affection. By all accounts, he went out of his way to help others, and it seems like his loss has left a huge void in his local area. It's incredibly frustrating that, after all this time, justice still hasn't been served. New Orleans has had its struggles with violent crime, and cases like this remind us how it affects not just the victims' families but the entire community. I keep thinking about Paul's family and what they must be going through. Nobody should have to endure the pain of losing a loved one and then be left without any answers. For anyone in the area who might remember something, even the smallest detail could be crucial. I hope more people come forward so that Paul and Carisa’s families can find some semblance of peace. Does anyone else here from the New Orleans area remember this case when it first happened? How did you hear about the news back then?

Just thinking about how much Paul George Forbs Jr., or "Lil Paul" as many knew him, meant to his community. From everything I've gathered, he was the type of guy who'd light up a room with his presence, always ready to lend a hand or share a laugh. It's so frustrating to see cases like this remain unsolved; it feels like we owe it to people like him and Carisa Wiltz to keep searching for the truth. If anyone in the area has even the smallest piece of information, it could be what finally brings some closure to the families. These families deserve answers and peace of mind more than anything. Keeping them in my thoughts every day.
