It's incredibly disturbing that such a violent crime could occur on a street like York Avenue, yet no one seems to have seen anything or is willing to come forward. It really makes me wonder about the climate of fear in the area or if there’s a code of silence keeping people quiet. It’s understandable if people are scared, but it’s so disheartening for Kelly’s family not to have answers all these years later. They deserve closure, and as a community, it's important for us to support each other in times like these. I pray someone finds the courage to share what they know and bring some peace to the grieving family.
