Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Kimberly Gerdes and Cinque Stallworth, and I can't stop thinking about the role of the neighborhood and community awareness. I know that New Orleans East can be a challenging area with its struggles against crime, but I'm curious about how well-connected the community really is. Are there neighborhood watch programs or community meetings that could have helped in raising early alarms or even preventing this tragedy? It's just so devastating to think that Kimberly and Cinque were robbed of their future in a place that was supposed to be a sanctuary. I hope the community can come together stronger from this and that any information that could lead to justice comes through soon. Does anyone here have more insight into the community efforts in this area?
