I've been following Tammy Pannirello Palmer's case for a while now, and what always gets me is the legal actions that took place after her death. The 2014 court decision awarding her children $2.15 million from Eugene Palmer's estate was a rare moment of justice in this tragic story. It must be incredibly difficult for Rosemarie and John to grow up missing their mom, but at least the court recognized the immense loss they suffered. I hope they're finding some peace despite everything they've been through. It's so frustrating that Eugene has managed to evade capture for so long, but I hold out hope that justice will eventually be served. Sending all my thoughts and love to Tammy's family and friends.

I can't stop thinking about the impact this case must have had on Tammy's children. Losing a mother in such a violent way is unimaginable, and to know it was at the hands of their own grandfather just adds another layer of horror to their grief.
