Nehemiah Omari Weedon was born on August 13, 2014, while his mother, Kristin Ashley Branch, was incarcerated at the Duval County Jail in Jacksonville, Florida. Shortly after his birth, Nehemiah was handed over to his father, Dwayne Curtis Weedon Jr., who was living in a Jacksonville homeless shelter with their two older children. Nehemiah was only one day old when he went missing, last seen on August 14, 2014.
