I've been thinking a lot about the vigil held for Kevin, who everyone knew as "Squeaky." It's so moving to see how the community came together to support his family and honor his memory, despite the pain we're all feeling. It’s moments like these that really highlight how much Kevin meant to everyone around him. I can't help but admire the strength and resilience of his family during such trying times. Losing a loved one in such a tragic way is unimaginable, yet they continue to stand strong, sharing Kevin's story, and reminding us all of the consequences of violence. If only this senseless act didn't take away such a bright and promising life. It's also incredibly frustrating to know that the person responsible is still out there. I just hope that someone with information will come forward so Kevin's family can find some peace. This community needs healing, and we owe it to Kevin to make sure justice is served.
