I've been thinking a lot about the community's response to Tony Guyton Jr.'s tragic murder. It's clear that his death had a profound impact on so many people in Syracuse, not just his family and friends. It's incredibly powerful to see a community come together in the face of such senseless violence. I've read about how local organizations and residents have been pushing harder for safer streets and increased support for young people to prevent gang involvement. It's a small comfort to know that while Tony's life was stolen, his story is inspiring positive change. I'm curious if anyone knows more about the specific programs that have been launched since his passing? Would love to hear about any efforts that are making a real difference in the community.
