Does anyone else find it deeply unsettling how the storm might have contributed to this tragedy? I mean, it’s bad enough that a life was lost, but to think that the blizzard possibly slowed down the emergency response is just awful. I can't shake off the thought of how terrifying it must have been for Zdzislaw’s family to know that help was delayed because of the weather. Gorecki was incredibly reckless, and it’s infuriating, but this whole situation makes me think about how crucial quick response times are in emergencies. My heart goes out to Zdzislaw’s family and friends who have to deal with the layers of what-ifs. It’s a devastating reminder that so many things can go wrong in the blink of an eye, especially when such dangerous actions are involved. Thoughts are definitely with Zdzislaw’s family as they navigate through this pain and the bigger discussions around gun safety and accountability.

Has anyone else been thinking about the impact of the blizzard on the emergency response during this awful incident? I can't help but wonder how things might have unfolded differently if the weather hadn't been so severe that night. First responders were battling extreme conditions, and I can only imagine the added stress and delay they faced trying to get to Zdzislaw. It must be so hard for his family knowing he didn't have a fighting chance. Really makes you think about how unpredictable and cruel circumstances can be. My heart goes out to them during this difficult time.
