I've been following the Laura Johnson case for some time and something that's always puzzled me is the timing of her disappearance right after she stopped attending the methadone clinic. It seems strange to me that she would cut off something so critical to her recovery suddenly. Did she mention anything to any of her friends or clinic staff about feeling unsafe at home with Gregory Green? Could there have been a reason she felt the need to disappear intentionally as a result of threats or pressure from him? I know Green's actions were beyond suspicious, especially with the carpet removal and the move to Nevada, but this detail about her stopping treatment just sticks out to me. Anyone else have thoughts or insights about this aspect?
Did anyone else find it strange how Gregory replaced the carpeting so soon after Laura went missing? I mean, who decides to do renovations right after a significant other disappears? I can't help but feel like it was a blatant attempt to cover something up. And why was he transporting something wrapped in a blanket? Doesn't that scream out as suspicious? It's baffling how someone can think such actions wouldn't be questioned during an investigation. With all the odd behavior he displayed, it's no surprise he was eventually convicted. Has anyone come across more details on what exactly led to his arrest in Nevada? Also, any ideas on the potential locations near Billings where Laura might be found? I feel for her family—they must have a million questions as they continue to search for her.
Hey everyone, I've been diving deep into the Laura Johnson case lately and something's been puzzling me. I learned that right before she went missing, Laura was getting really involved in activities around Billings, trying to build a community for herself despite being new to the area. I've seen a couple of interviews with her friends from the methadone clinic who said she was often spotted at local coffee shops and doing group activities. It just doesn't add up how someone who was making all this effort to get better and integrate just vanished without a trace.
I'm wondering if anyone from Billings recalls seeing her or interacting with her during those days? Maybe you remember her from a community event or have info on what she was focused on right before she disappeared? I feel like there might be insights from those community ties that haven't been fully explored yet. It's so eerie how quickly someone can vanish when they seemed to be turning a corner in life. If anyone has thoughts or remembers anything, it could really help her family find some missing pieces to this awful puzzle.
