I was rereading some threads about Susan Freehauf's case, and something has been lingering in my thoughts. Has anyone looked into David Shores' story about Susan being in a Tulsa hospital? It seems odd that someone wouldn't have double-checked this claim right from the start. Maybe it's just me, but if someone said she was hospitalized, wouldn't there be some record of her visiting any medical facility, even if just for a brief checkup? I get that it was fishy he didn't have more details, but you’d think the first step would involve some confirmation from medical facilities in Tulsa. I wonder if this was ever verified by the police or if it was just dismissed as one of his many lies. What do you all think?
Anyone else think it's super strange that David was driving Susan's car and using her credit cards after claiming she was in the hospital? If she really had a medical episode, wouldn’t he focus on her recovery instead of using her stuff? Plus, why wouldn’t he have any specifics about which hospital she was supposedly in? It just doesn’t add up. The bloodstains and lack of a concrete story from David make him look even more suspicious. This whole situation is unsettling. Does anyone know if there were any public sightings or surveillance footage from around the time she disappeared? It might help fill in the gaps leading up to all of this.
