Has anyone else been following the trial of Dwayne Wright? I've been reading up on it, and it's been weighing heavily on my mind. It's just so upsetting thinking about what Lameak Williams’ family must be going through as they relive the tragedy during the proceedings. I can't imagine the pain of sitting in that courtroom, hoping for justice for a loved one lost so senselessly to gun violence. It's crucial that these cases get the attention they deserve to not only provide some sense of closure for the families involved but also to bring awareness to the ongoing issue of gun violence in our communities. Keeping Lameak’s family and friends in my thoughts during this difficult time. Anyone have any updates on the trial or thoughts on the impact it's having on the community?
