I recently read about the tragic case of Juan Medina, who was killed in Monticello, NY, in 2016. One detail that stands out to me is the involvement of so many law enforcement agencies in the investigation. It seemed like everyone was pooling resources to ensure justice for Juan and his loved ones, which is commendable given how devastating this must be for his family. It’s so important for communities to come together and support these efforts, especially in such heart-wrenching situations. Big kudos to the Monticello police and other agencies for their collaboration. This case must have been so complicated given the domestic dispute angle, and having multiple perspectives surely helped. I can’t imagine how challenging it must be for the investigators, as well as for Juan's family. Hoping they find some peace and closure. Does anyone know if they ever found the gun used in the crime? That seems like such a critical piece of the puzzle to this whole ordeal.
