I’ve been thinking a lot about the impact this investigation must have had on Marcus Bohannon's family. It’s one thing to lose a loved one in such a violent way, and another to have the case linked to such a dangerous gang like MS-13. I can’t imagine the fear and constant worry they must have felt as this all unfolded. Knowing that the people responsible are finally facing justice must be a relief in some ways, but it doesn’t change the fact that Marcus is gone. The strength and resilience of families like his who go through such trauma is deeply admirable. Sending thoughts to Marcus’s family as they continue to navigate life without him. They deserve peace and healing.
