I was following Christopher Ross's case and couldn't shake the feeling of how tragic it was for both families involved. Reading about the dismissal of the initial indictment left me baffled. How could such a crucial piece of information about the law of justifiable use of force be left out during the Grand Jury proceedings? It makes me wonder about the legal strategies in place and how something so significant could be overlooked. It must have been incredibly frustrating for Ross's family, feeling like they were on a rollercoaster with all these legal twists and turns. My heart goes out to them as they navigated such an emotionally taxing process while trying to find some sense of justice for Christopher. I hope the new Grand Jury proceedings offered them a glimmer of closure, even if just a small one.
