Has anyone else been following the Terrance Briggs case? It's so unsettling to think about how domestic issues can escalate to such horrific levels. I read that there were at least two prior domestic incidents that required police intervention, which makes me wonder if more could have been done to prevent this tragedy. The idea that Patricia Green, Briggs' mother, had to find her family that way is truly unimaginable. I hope she's surrounded by people who can support her right now. It's just a terrible reminder of the importance of addressing domestic disputes seriously and offering help to those who need it. How is the community reacting? Are there any initiatives starting up to address mental health or domestic violence awareness?
