I just can't wrap my head around how quickly a job dispute turned into something so tragic. Kevin Higgins seemed like such a stand-up guy, someone people would go to bat for, and it's just devastating that something like this ended his life. The fact that Trafarrah Smith's been arrested 10 times prior makes you wonder how someone repeatedly gets into these situations. It's concerning when a series of bad decisions leads to such irreversible outcomes. It’s hard not to think about Kevin's family and friends, who must be trying to process everything that's happened. The makeshift memorial outside the salon really seems to show how much he meant to those around him and how deeply he’ll be missed. It’s a stark reminder of how disputes can spiral out of control when emotions run high. My heart goes out to everyone trying to make sense of this loss.
