I can't stop thinking about the role the community played in bringing justice for Joshua Laveck. It's truly powerful to see how everyone in Fort Plain and the surroundings came together during such a tough time. From what I’ve read, the local authorities really relied on information from residents, which just goes to show how crucial community involvement can be. It must've been an incredibly painful experience for everyone, particularly Joshua’s family and friends, knowing they had the support and vigilance of their neighbors. It’s a testament to how communities can be a force for good in the face of tragedy. Joshua’s memory will undoubtedly continue to inspire people in Fort Plain to look out for one another. My thoughts are with everyone who knew and loved him.
