Hey everyone, I wanted to discuss something that’s been on my mind about the tragic deaths of Ryan and Joshua Johnson. I’ve been reading through the trial details, and it's so gut-wrenching to think about what their family, especially Toya Wright, must have gone through. The fact that Antoine Edwards reportedly bragged about the murders just adds another layer of distress. It’s chilling to think someone could treat such a horrific act so carelessly. It raises questions about community and justice—how do we, as a society, stop this cycle of violence? The summer of 2016 was notably violent in New Orleans, and the Johnson brothers weren’t the only ones to suffer. I just hope that by talking about these cases, we can somehow honor the victims and push for changes that prevent such tragedies. My thoughts are with their friends and family always. What do you all think? Can we do more to address these spikes in violence? Stay safe, everyone.
