Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about Tali Karriem's case and how it highlights the struggles of solving unsolved homicides in New Orleans. Tali seemed like an amazing person, deeply loved by his family and friends, and it's sad that his children have to grow up without him.
I was particularly struck by how these cases often don't get the attention they deserve, both from the media and the community. It feels like there's a lack of urgency in solving them, which is tough for the families who are left without answers. How do we keep their stories alive and push for more resources to be dedicated to these investigations?
Tali's case might be unsolved, but I truly believe that raising awareness can make a difference. If anyone has ideas on how the community can better support families affected by these tragedies or increase public cooperation, I'd love to hear them. We need to come together for Tali and others like him.
Sending love to Tali's family and all the families impacted by these senseless acts. Together, we can work towards change.
Stay safe, everyone.
Hi everyone,
I’ve been thinking a lot about Tali Karriem lately, and I wanted to share some thoughts on his impact in the community. It's been 7 years since we tragically lost him, and from what I've read, he was truly a beacon of hope and positivity. It seems like he was always involved in neighborhood events and was a familiar face in many circles. Sometimes, I wonder if the void left by someone so deeply woven into the community ever really heals.
With so many cases like Tali's remaining unsolved, perhaps it's a reminder of how much more we need to do to support each other. There are numerous people out there carrying memories of him, his laughter, his kindness. I hope these memories provide some comfort to his family and friends as they continue to seek justice and peace.
Let's keep discussing and pushing for change because it's clear that more needs to be done to ensure our neighborhoods are safe and just places for everyone.
Sending thoughts of strength to Tali's loved ones today and every day.
Stay safe, everyone.
